Cancellation Policy

Golf Lessons, Assessments and Beginner Introduction to Golf appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of that appointment.

Extreme Weather Policy

Your appointment will take place in a covered coaching studio, so you'll be protected from the elements.

In the event of extreme weather (high winds blowing heavy rain, sleet or snow into the coaching studio), your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. Should this be the case, you'll be notified via both text and email prior to your appointment.

Rescheduling an Appointment

Appointments can be rescheduled (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of that appointment.

Cancelling an Appointment

Appointments can be cancelled (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of that appointment.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for appointments cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price and are non-refundable.

Assessment guarantee: this is separate from the cancellation policy above. Complete the Assessment, and if you don't come away with a clear understanding of what's holding your game back and what to work on, you'll receive a full refund. In practice, that means being able to say, in your own words, what the main issue is, why it's happening, what to work on, and what to stop worrying about. If partway through the Assessment I determine I can't help you, I'll tell you honestly, stop there, and refund you in full.

Coaching Plans

Monthly Coaching Plan: billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime. Each month's lesson must be booked (for any future date) before that month ends, to be secured. Booking ahead locks it in indefinitely, even if the date falls months later; only not booking anything by month's end forfeits that month's lesson. Payments already taken are non-refundable.

3-Month Coaching Plan: £255 paid in full upfront and non-refundable. Your 3 lessons are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

6-Month Coaching Plan: £480 paid in full upfront and non-refundable. Your 6 lessons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

12-Month Coaching Plan: £900 paid in full upfront and non-refundable. Your 12 lessons are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

None of the Coaching Plans renew automatically. We'll check in with you personally before deciding what's next at the end of your term.

Gift Vouchers

Golf Lesson and Assessment gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

6-Month and 12-Month Coaching Plan gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 and 24 months respectively, matching that plan's own validity.
